Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a visitor enters a name, county, or location into a search box supplied by an outside provider, that query is sent to the provider so it can return results. Columbia County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or uses a contact form, we keep the submitted details as needed to read and answer the message. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Information
