Columbia County does not publish an official 72-hour release list. The sheriff's online feed is limited to current inmates, so it does not preserve a rolling record of who left Columbia County Jail during the prior three days. There is no separate 48-hour view, release-history filter, or archived detail search in the official channels reviewed.
A three-day inquiry remains useful. It gives enough room to review a weekend, a holiday closure, or a delayed records check. Yet the range must come from official event records, not a homemade comparison of roster snapshots. The roster gives a generated time, current inmate count, name, book date, charge, bail, and scheduled release date. It omits the completed release time, final release reason, and destination.

Booking number, file number, arrest and booking dates, charges, disposition, and sentence can link the event to the right person. Use identifiers lawfully and avoid name-only conclusions. Similar names, aliases, and multiple cases can otherwise create a false match.
Columbia County Weekend Release Timing
A 72-hour period often crosses days when the public-records office is closed or runs reduced hours. Civil and Records Processing lists weekday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a noon to 12:30 p.m. closure. Saturday and major holidays are closed.
